General Conditions for Tours

Hotels

  • Accommodation options include double, twin, triple, or quarto rooms with bath and shower.
  • Single rooms are available for an additional single supplement.

Meals

  • Programs are based on Half Board, which includes Breakfast and Dinner.
  • Lunches can be arranged upon request.

Transport

  • All transportation is provided by air-conditioned and heated coaches.
  • Programs include meet, assist, and transfer upon arrival and departure from and to the point of entry.

Sightseeing

  • Tours are based on the provided itinerary.
  • Special tours can be arranged upon request.
  • A licensed guide, fluent in your choice of language, will accompany the tour from arrival until departure.

Not Included

  • Air transportation
  • Port taxes
  • Passport and visa fees
  • Personal expenses
  • Tips for guides, drivers, and restaurant and hotel staff

Cancellation

  • Cancellations for groups and individuals must be received at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
  • Cancellations made after this period will incur cancellation fees.

Payment

  • Full payment is required 15 days prior to the group’s arrival date.
  • Payments must be made by bank transfer in US Dollars or Euros.

Reservation and Confirmation

  • Complete details are necessary for efficient handling of requirements, including flight schedule, preferred hotel, number of passengers, and name list when available.
  • Confirmation, suggestions, and tour planning are typically provided within 72 hours after receiving your request.

  • All rates are quoted in US Dollars.
